We would like to inform you that our shop application is experiencing issues at the moment. Shops are occasionally slow or non responsive due to a SQL/DB issue. Our TechOps team is working on fixing the issue.

We will return with an update as soon as possible.

  • Our technical team has identified and resolved the root cause of the issue.
  • Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize the risk of a recurrence.

We would like to inform you that our shop application experienced downtime from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM (UTC) on 05.11.2023 due to a service interruption that has impacted several shops within our network. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and would like to assure you that we have taken immediate action to resolve the issue and prevent its recurrence.

  • Our technical team has identified and resolved the root cause of the issue.
  • Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize the risk of a recurrence.
  • We have created a Backend / Core development ticket to investigate the issue more thoroughly
